White seems to be the easiest color I lean towards. It's the simple, "I don't know what to wear" solution. Right?! It's easily styled with a pretty skirt, your favorite jeans or leggings and you're ready to go! I got this top form Hello Pink Boutique and I got to say, it's awesome. The deep v neckline is probably my favorite thing about this. I'm so excited to style this again with a cute lacy bralette. You could add some color if you'd like with a simple colored cami and just keep switching it out for different pop colors.

Hair Products: Pureology

 

 I'm so excited to share my first hair tutorial! I've patterned up with Pureology to show you a couple summer hair styles using their products. This top knot hair style is the first one and it's so much easier than you think. Here are a few steps on how you could recreate this look.

 

Step 1: Apply Pureology’s Silk Bodifier Voluminizing Mousse

to towel-dried hair and blow-dry hair back and away from the

face. Gather hair from in front of the ears on both sides

and create a high ponytail.

 

Step 2: Twist hair lengths and wrap around the base of

the elastic and shape into a loose knot. Pin in place.

 

Step 3: Open and pull the edges of the knot to create

volume and texture. Secure final desired shape with a

few more pins.

 

It's that simple! When using the Voluminizing Mousse, it didn't make my hair greasy or stiff. It actually helped the curls hold and stay a little more firm and smooth. All their products smell really good too. So that's a bonus :)

 



Now about this pretty pink dress, it feels amazing on. Really smooth, flowy in the breeze and comfortable. I recently discovered an online store called Rose Gal, and they have a huge variety of different styles for really cheap. This dress is really pretty but I only had one thing I didn't really like about it. It seemed to be a little to wide around the waste. It fit perfectly everywhere else except on about an inch or two around the waste. But that's nothing that couldn't be fixed with a cute belt! I just wanted to show you how this dress looked originally.

 

Accessorizing this outfit was simple. It didn't require much to complete the look! Aline Precious has a wonderful jewelry line. The quality is surprisingly incredible. This pink Morning Drew Ring is the cutest. I love the color of the stone. This was something that I was looking for in Hawaii and I got lucky to get one from Aline Precious!! The single pearl necklace was something I also got from Rose Gal. I wanted to keep it clean because of the floral pattern of the dress so I wore the pearl necklace to keep the outfit look clean. It's really cute to wear as a wrapped bracelet too.

I'm obsessing over this checkered midi dress with pockets. It's a fabulous fit to mask any tummy issues! The fabric and quality of the dress is fantastic. It's designed with shell and lining with 100% cotton. The white with navy checkers make this dress look like a perfect 50s dress. As a wife, I absolutely love the modesty and elegance it captures. We all have our own styles we like a little more than others. I like dressing casual and simple from time to time but I can't deny the fact that I'll almost always choose a pretty dress with heels over pants with some sneakers or flats.

 

Modesty, class and elegance is something that every women should factor into their lives when dressing up. It's what represents us. I know a lot of girls say "oh I don't care what people think of me or what they think about what I wear". Don't do this for them. Do it for yourself! We all need self respect for our bodies and what image we portray for others to see. Love yourself and what you wear.

 

Accessories are what make and complete whatever look you're trying to going for. Even something as simple as one bracelet, watch, a cute necklace or a pretty ring can bring some life and color to the outfit. Today I decided to wear this beautiful simple, clean and classic gold smart bracelet from Aline Precious. The gold chic design really helps bring a little pop color and some contrast between the navy blue, white and silver.

I'm absolutely in love with this dress! It's such a classy, elegant and modest dress that's perfect for any setting. For one of our last days in Washington, we had a wonderful nice dinner on the beach in Semiahmoo with a gorgeous ocean front view and an incredible sunset. This dress was complemented more times than I could remember! Down East is a beautiful online boutique store and they just got a new clothing line added so don't miss out on these amazing styles!! Fall is right around the corner and will creep up on us sooner than we think. This look is so easy and breezy. Can't wait to wear it out again soon.

If you haven't shopped Targets amazing clearance sales, you're truly missing out. I scored this pretty dress for under $12.00! It's so comfortable and made a beautiful Sunday outfit. To be honest, I'm a huge Target clothing fan! They have incredible deals especially the clearance. I wore this maxi dress to church and wearing it I felt elegant, classy and modest. This dress is very feminine. It's very easy to dress up or to quickly dress it down if not wearing it out on a beautiful sunny Sunday. Now lets shop some Target deals together!
